Clifford Harwick CFDA® is the Principal of HF Divorce Financial Solutions. Cliff has 35 years experience in the financial service industry. He started his career with Merrill Lynch in 1981.  In 1986 he joined Paine Webber as an AVP and Personal Portfolio Manager. Cliff went independent in 1991 founding what ultimately became a boutique fee only Register Investment Advisory firm providing investment management and financial planning service to individuals and small institutions. 

In the late 1990’s Cliff became active in Securities arbitration, the Alternative Dispute Resolution proceeding for the financial industry at the New York Stock Exchange and FINRA. Having testified as an expert before both entities he eventually became an industry arbitrator presiding over 100’s of case ranging from client disputes, to wrongful termination and sexual harassment. While the honorariums were not much more then pro bono it was his way of giving back to the industry and public.

Following his own divorce in 2001, Cliff began focusing more and more on helping individuals and couple going through the divorce process to sort out their financial concerns. Cliff ultimately obtain his CDFA® and formed HF Divorce Financial Solutions, unique in that the firm’s sole purpose is to analyze the economic issues and aspects of divorce. Blending his financial expertise with his personal experience with divorce along with his understanding of the legal process via Security Arbitration and CFDA training, Cliff is able to provide value added. Offering solutions to problems so client’s can resolve their differences quickly and move forward to a productive and successful future.

Cliff is a graduate of Villanova University including two years graduate studies and was a member of swimming team.  Cliff has two children in college studying business.
